Alcorcón's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Luís Braga was slow to take the kick. During this time VB-Team's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on VB-Team's corner Luís Braga fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Maurino Serena quite easily take care of the ball. Armindo Salgado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Belo Alvarez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Belo Alvarez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Armindo Salgado having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gervásio Severiano in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maurino Serena prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A.D. Alcorcón's Maurino Serena proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save A.D. Alcorcón from getting a goal against them.
