The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A nice corner shot did that Peyo Fonelleda got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Marcelinho Barral quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Xove Høj received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Marcelinho Barral tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Válbson Moraes made in the 14th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Consejo del Mate's Ervin Alla. When the match clock showed 17 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Hulk Speed sped through Consejo del Mate's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Hugo Orlando Gatti. Consejo del Mate's defense didn't have a chance, in the 20th minute, when Aílton Damião scored to the left of an out of position Hugo Orlando Gatti, making the score, 2-1. Hugo Orlando Gatti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ksawery Winnicki, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. In the 25th minute Peyo Fonelleda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelinho Barral saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Michel Haaland got free with Hugo Orlando Gatti in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Consejo del Mate's Hugo Orlando Gatti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ksawery Winnicki in the 30th minute of play. In the 30th minute, Peyo Fonelleda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Consejo del Mate's goalie and right to Ksawery Winnicki. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Consejo del Mate's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Hugo Orlando Gatti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hulk Speed, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Marcelinho Barral stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Peyo Fonelleda's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. After 36th play minutes Peyo Fonelleda shot 2-2, a short shot which went by Marcelinho Barral and just under the crossbar into goal. Válbson Moraes made in the 43rd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Andrés Maraschin however managed to control. Marcelinho Barral made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peyo Fonelleda in the 45th minute of play. Peyo Fonelleda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcelinho Barral having to interfere. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Marcelinho Barral came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Consejo del Mate's Peyo Fonelleda. But to his dismay, Peyo Fonelleda quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. 56 minutes into the match, Consejo del Mate's Peyo Fonelleda sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marcelinho Barral narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A sloppy throw-in by Válbson Moraes in the 62nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Consejo del Mate's Xove Høj. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peyo Fonelleda in the 65th minute of play forced Roceira SC's goalkeeper Marcelinho Barral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner led Consejo del Mate's Xove Høj to fire away a dangerous shot which Marcelinho Barral despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Consejo del Mate's Hugo Orlando Gatti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ksawery Winnicki in the 68th minute of play. Hugo Orlando Gatti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ksawery Winnicki in the 72nd minute of the match. In the 75th minute Michel Haaland shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugo Orlando Gatti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 78th minute Peyo Fonelleda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelinho Barral saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 83 minutes into the match, Consejo del Mate's goal looked a bit too open when Michel Haaland came free, but Hugo Orlando Gatti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 84 minutes, Peyo Fonelleda took a quick shot and it went in 2-4 without a chance for Marcelinho Barral to make any attempt to save it. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Consejo del Mate's goalkeeper Hugo Orlando Gatti, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 92 minutes Consejo del Mate's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Michel Haaland who took care of the corner kick. Consejo del Mate were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Roceira SC's much stronger midfield.
