David Rotariu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Erlantz Bermejo's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. 14 minutes into the match, PoWer SC 2K5's goalkeeper David Rotariu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Erlantz Bermejo. After having played for 15 minutes, Belo Alvarez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. A.D. Alcorcón's supporters crossed their fingers, but Belo Alvarez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. PoWer SC 2K5's David Rotariu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erlantz Bermejo in the 21st minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Belo Alvarez got free with David Rotariu in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. David Rotariu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erlantz Bermejo in the 30th minute of the match. In the 33rd minute, Belo Alvarez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Maurino Serena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonas Klinsmann, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Zvonimir Prestin took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Maurino Serena. Maurino Serena dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Belo Alvarez charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Belo Alvarez the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of PoWer SC 2K5 booed when A.D. Alcorcón was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Belo Alvarez didn't get a good kick on the ball. David Rotariu came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by A.D. Alcorcón's Erlantz Bermejo. But to his dismay, Erlantz Bermejo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Belo Alvarez to make the kick off. 52 minutes had been played when some careless play by A.D. Alcorcón's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Matthew Wagner was slow to take the kick. During this time PoWer SC 2K5's players had a chance to rest. The corner led PoWer SC 2K5's Matthew Wagner to fire away a dangerous shot which Maurino Serena despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The audience was convinced that Erlantz Bermejo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but David Rotariu was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. A.D. Alcorcón made a substitution. Eusebio Quijana replaced Natxo Cacheres. A.D. Alcorcón were awarded a corner in the 58th minute after PoWer SC 2K5's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Nereo Acosta took the corner. The corner ended in Belo Alvarez almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but PoWer SC 2K5's David Rotariu did a great save. When A.D. Alcorcón's Belo Alvarez in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye PoWer SC 2K5's goalie prevented a goal. When the match clock showed 58 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Belo Alvarez sped through PoWer SC 2K5's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of David Rotariu. Maurino Serena stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zvonimir Prestin's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. Leroy Kluttig could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Maurino Serena made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zvonimir Prestin in the 67th minute of play forced A.D. Alcorcón's goalkeeper Maurino Serena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Belo Alvarez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 78thth minute of the game Erlantz Bermejo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but PoWer SC 2K5's David Rotariu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 81 minutes into the match, Erlantz Bermejo notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of PoWer SC 2K5's David Rotariu. David Rotariu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A.D. Alcorcón made a substitution. Leroy Antunez replaced Belo Alvarez. Erlantz Bermejo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Rotariu having to interfere. In the 93rd match minute, A.D. Alcorcón was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Apolinar Guijarro to maneuver through the defense. Maurino Serena made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Matthew Wagner sent off a good shot on target. PoWer SC 2K5's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
