Milan da Freguesia F.C.'s João Vítor Arósio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oséias Veloso in the 22nd minute of play. 23 minutes into the game, William Costa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Fabrício Negri was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Marcelinho Hermes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fabrício Negri having to make a save. In the 35th minute Marcelinho Hermes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabrício Negri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. João Vítor Arósio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clemente Abraão in the 38th minute of the match. Fabrício Negri stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marcelinho Hermes's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. Marcelinho Hermes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Fabrício Negri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alexsandro Linares kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. After the first half Milan da Freguesia F.C. were leading 1-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Dinamo Colorado's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal.
