But to his dismay, Remo Falcão quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 25 minutes into the match, Vascogoianiense FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fellipe de Lima came free, but Ulisses Cordeiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. José Carlos Medeiros hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. The supporters of Vascogoianiense FC booed when Barrenta SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Remo Falcão didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Júnior Camargo made a kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Barrenta SC's goal looked a bit too open when Moisés Amaral came free, but Allan Félix reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Remo Falcão got free with Ulisses Cordeiro in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Allan Félix showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Moisés Amaral in the 64th minute of the match. When Zé Augusto Peixoto fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vascogoianiense FC's protests and gave Zé Augusto Peixoto a yellow card for diving instead. 69 minutes into the match, Vascogoianiense FC's goalkeeper Ulisses Cordeiro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Remo Falcão.
