In a very dangerous position, a player in Brasilino fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 9th minute. Penalty! In the 12th minute there was a penalty for Gracie Barra. Thinlay Machado stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jean da Silva. 2-0. A collision led to Brasilino getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Thiago de Mendonça hit a great ball. 16 minutes into the match, Brasilino's goalkeeper Jean da Silva had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luís de Alcântara. Sílvio Martins fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jean da Silva having to interfere. Fernandão Furtado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Jean da Silva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 47th minute, Sílvio Martins ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jean da Silva was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Guto Rocha made a kick off. In the 53rd match minute, Gracie Barra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by André Tande to maneuver through the defense. Doni Ramalho stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Amílton Sena's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. The supporters of Brasilino booed when Gracie Barra was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Flavinho Koehler didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 59th minute, Amílton Sena sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Gracie Barra's Doni Ramalho didn't even have to move. Charles Sena might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Doni Ramalho. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Charles Sena ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luís de Alcântara in the 65th minute of play forced Brasilino's goalkeeper Jean da Silva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 68th match minute, Gracie Barra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diego Queirós to maneuver through the defense. Gracie Barra made a substitution. Enio do Valle replaced Luís de Alcântara. Diego Queirós kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. André Tande hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match.
