After a defensive mix-up in A A Arizona's zone, Luís de Alcântara stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rodolfo Siqueira came out of the goal and Luís de Alcântara tried to chip the ball over his head. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hélder Pinho to strike the kick off in the second half. Gracie Barra's Doni Ramalho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mazinho Godoi in the 51st minute of play. With his leg Rodolfo Siqueira managed to avoid a goal in the 57thth minute, when Gracie Barra's Luís de Alcântara fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 58 minutes into the game, Luís de Alcântara lined in a short shot 0-5 behind a frustrated Rodolfo Siqueira. The audience was convinced that Luís de Alcântara's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rodolfo Siqueira was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. Luís de Alcântara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodolfo Siqueira having to interfere. In the 90th minute Sílvio Martins shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodolfo Siqueira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 90th match minute, A A Arizona was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rony Barros to maneuver through the defense. In the 93rd minute, Enio do Valle made a precise shot to the right of Rodolfo Siqueira. A A Arizona's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-9.
