S O B E R A N O CIMZ's Amerigo Muzi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save S O B E R A N O CIMZ from getting a goal against them. In the 20th minute of the match Merusca F&P got a corner. S O B E R A N O CIMZ's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Walmyr Novaes ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Walmyr Novaes got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Amerigo Muzi quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 27th minute Pedrinho Paranaense shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amerigo Muzi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Battal Gazi Bey took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mauro-Facundo Buffon. Mauro-Facundo Buffon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 35th minute Merusca F&P were awarded a corner. Walmyr Novaes went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Geovani Mangueira almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but S O B E R A N O CIMZ's Amerigo Muzi did a great save. In the 36th minute Florian Capasso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amerigo Muzi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 42 minutes in the game Geovani Mangueira did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Florian Capasso. Merusca F&P made a substitution. Rafael Couto replaced Geovani Mangueira. After the first half S O B E R A N O CIMZ were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rafael Couto stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Merusca F&P's Vihar Perchemliev got a free kick in the 54th minute. In the 56th minute, Fabian Meleșcanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Amerigo Muzi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florian Capasso, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Mauro-Facundo Buffon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adriano Rodrigues in the 68th minute. Merusca F&P made a substitution. Marcinho Sabóia replaced Fumanchu Ponta. It was a penalty for Merusca F&P! The audience thought a goal was coming when Adriano Rodrigues got free with Mauro-Facundo Buffon in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcinho Sabóia in the 88th minute of play forced S O B E R A N O CIMZ's goalkeeper Amerigo Muzi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Merusca F&P's Rafael Couto in the 89th minute got a chance for a shot 89th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye S O B E R A N O CIMZ's goalie prevented a goal. Amerigo Muzi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rafael Couto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vihar Perchemliev made in the 95th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Marcinho Sabóia however managed to control.
