The supporters of Bigode Grosso booed when MINEIROS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teodoro Heidemann didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, MINEIROS's Francisco Eger got a free kick in the 13th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Tato Vega managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bigode Grosso's supporters rose to their feet, but Tato Vega was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Thommy Jadis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sandro Tepedino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mário Maradona in the 15th minute of the match. MINEIROS's Thommy Jadis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivar Eriksson in the 19th minute of play. 21 minutes into the match, MINEIROS's goal looked a bit too open when Lando Norin came free, but Thommy Jadis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Bigode Grosso booed when MINEIROS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. 尹森泉 didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lando Norin missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 32 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Thommy Jadis right hand side. Noel Perez hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. In the 39th minute, Eliézer Vianna hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 40th minute, Lando Norin made a precise shot to the right of Thommy Jadis. MINEIROS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. In the 46th match minute, MINEIROS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roberto Cunha to maneuver through the defense. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mário Maradona was the one to do the kick off. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bigode Grosso's goalkeeper Sandro Tepedino, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After taking down the ball on MINEIROS's corner Ricardo Custódio fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Sandro Tepedino quite easily take care of the ball. Tato Vega who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 59thth minute tested the skills of Thommy Jadis when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Thommy Jadis made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Albertinho Andrade sent off a good shot on target. Sandro Tepedino stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mário Maradona's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. Thommy Jadis made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Ivar Eriksson sent off a good shot on target. Bigode Grosso made a substitution. Lionel Mesías replaced Albertinho Andrade. Bigode Grosso's Ronaldo Wu was substituted for Tato Vega. In the 77th match minute, MINEIROS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Francisco Eger to maneuver through the defense. Ronaldo Wu received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Thommy Jadis came out and tried to block the shot, but Ronaldo Wu slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 78th minute. 82 minutes into the game, Ivar Eriksson recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Thommy Jadis. Ivar Eriksson showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. 86 minutes into the match, Bon Čáp had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sandro Tepedino. Bigode Grosso's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bon Čáp was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-4. After 89 played minutes Bigode Grosso got a freekick which was hit by Noel Perez. MINEIROS were awarded a corner in the 94th minute after Bigode Grosso's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ricardo Custódio took the corner. MINEIROS's Ricardo Custódio was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Sandro Tepedino in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Bon Čáp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The MINEIROS fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Bigode Grosso were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
