Marian Chilavert showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roch Dejo in the 3rd minute of the match. In the 6th minute Roman Kon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robert Paraszczuk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Laureano Guipuzkoa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Robert Paraszczuk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wiktor Gomolka in the 10th minute of play forced Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's goalkeeper Marian Chilavert to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 17thth minute of the game Wiktor Gomolka who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's Marian Chilavert was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's Marian Chilavert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roch Dejo in the 18th minute of play. After 20 played minutes Zagłębie Dąbrowskie got a freekick which was hit by Jânio Ramos. In the 22nd minute of the match Fragleses got a corner. Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Roch Dejo ran over to the corner to take the kick. 25 minutes into the game, Fragleses's Roch Dejo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marian Chilavert made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Robert Paraszczuk made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Roman Kon sent off a good shot on target. If Zlatko Ibrahimović had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Robert Paraszczuk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ömür Seyfeddin in the 40th minute of the match. Marian Chilavert showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roch Dejo, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. A hard shot 43 in the game by Roman Kon from a close distance when the talented Robert Paraszczuk managed to make a qualified save. Fragleses's players were relieved. In the 44th minute, Roch Dejo made a precise shot to the right of Marian Chilavert. Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zlatko Ibrahimović made a kick off. When the match had gone on for 52 minutes, Wiktor Gomolka took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Marian Chilavert to make any attempt to save it. Roman Kon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Fragleses's zone, Ömür Seyfeddin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Robert Paraszczuk came out of the goal and Ömür Seyfeddin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Roman Kon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Robert Paraszczuk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 65 played minutes Zagłębie Dąbrowskie got a freekick which was hit by Jânio Ramos. Zagłębie Dąbrowskie made a substitution. Wincent Polkoski replaced Otto Alberg. Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's Ulryk Domeracki was substituted for Roman Kon. A collision led to Zagłębie Dąbrowskie getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Jânio Ramos hit a great ball. Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's Marian Chilavert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roch Dejo in the 67th minute of play. In the 72nd minute, Fragleses's Roch Dejo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-4. In the 77th minute, Fragleses's Roch Dejo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Marian Chilavert. Marian Chilavert yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-5. Fragleses made a substitution. Jaroslaw Blochowiak replaced Zlatko Ibrahimović. Fragleses's Waldemar Wojtowicz was substituted for Olaf Wojtowicz. In the 86th minute, Fragleses's Jaroslaw Blochowiak ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Marian Chilavert. Marian Chilavert yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-6. Fragleses's Pawel Iwanowski was substituted for Conrado Cardozo. Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's Marian Chilavert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wiktor Gomolka in the 90th minute of play. The Zagłębie Dąbrowskie fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Fragleses were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
