Maurino Serena had in the 14thth minute some difficulties stopping Natalio Mazuste's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. The corner led Soroca F.C.'s Gustavo Tartalo to fire away a dangerous shot which Maurino Serena despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. With a little luck, A.D. Alcorcón's Maurino Serena got control of the ball when Hernan Lano tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hernan Lano got free with Maurino Serena in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 27 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Soroca F.C.'s Adrián Espadas fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Belo Alvarez to strike the kick off in the second half. Maurino Serena made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adrián Espadas in the 51st minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Soroca F.C. fans cheered their team off the field, for while A.D. Alcorcón had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
