An unexpectedly hard shot by Witalis Brysz in the 16th minute of play forced MZ Fénix's goalkeeper Pankracy Zajonc to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cai Yuan Yuan in the 19th minute of play forced Poetass FC's goalkeeper Moisés Arruda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pankracy Zajonc stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kalle Billberg's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. Moisés Arruda was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. 39 minutes into the match, Poetass FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cai Yuan Yuan came free, but Moisés Arruda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. MZ Fénix's Pankracy Zajonc played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Witalis Brysz in the 41st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Poetass FC's Vicente Heidemann got a free kick in the 44th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cai Yuan Yuan in the 45th minute of play forced Poetass FC's goalkeeper Moisés Arruda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner led to MZ Fénix's Vygantas Petrošius getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cai Yuan Yuan was the one to do the kick off. 60 minutes into the game, Cai Yuan Yuan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1.
