If Carter Barillari had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Göksel Taşdan scored 1-0 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bai Kun De, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bai Kun De came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by Puianello FC's Göksel Taşdan. But to his dismay, Göksel Taşdan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Göksel Taşdan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Bai Kun De tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Göksel Taşdan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Bai Kun De made a huge save. In the 29th minute Raimundo Espírito Santo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armando Fontana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 31 minutes into the match, Puianello FC's goal looked a bit too open when Raimundo Espírito Santo came free, but Armando Fontana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dennis Baggio hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Franco Lizzi hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Through an outstanding action, after 35 minutes, Bai Kun De successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Puianello FC's goalkeeper Armando Fontana, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 44th minute Supremacy Catania FC were awarded a corner. Raimundo Espírito Santo went to the cornerflag to take it. Supremacy Catania FC's Raimundo Espírito Santo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Armando Fontana in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After 46 played minutes Supremacy Catania FC got a freekick which was hit by Fabio Bernardini. When the match had gone on for 47 minutes, Göksel Taşdan took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Bai Kun De to make any attempt to save it. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Göksel Taşdan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Puianello FC's Aleksander Støylen got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Armando Fontana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Franco Lizzi in the 55th minute of play. After 56 minutes Puianello FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Raimundo Espírito Santo who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Raimundo Espírito Santo almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Puianello FC's Armando Fontana did a great save. Armando Fontana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Franco Lizzi in the 57th minute of the match. In the 58th minute Franco Lizzi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armando Fontana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Armando Fontana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carter Barillari, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Armando Fontana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Franco Lizzi in the 64th minute of the match. Carter Barillari who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 73rdth minute tested the skills of Armando Fontana when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Thanks to some nice moves Carter Barillari could shoot a difficult shot in the 78th minute, which Armando Fontana however easily saved by the left post. Armando Fontana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raimundo Espírito Santo in the 84th minute of the match. Göksel Taşdan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bai Kun De read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. Bai Kun De took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Göksel Taşdan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Puianello FC's Armando Fontana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Franco Lizzi in the 92nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carter Barillari in the 94th minute of play forced Puianello FC's goalkeeper Armando Fontana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Supremacy Catania FC made a substitution. Cesare Maestri replaced Franco Lizzi. Puianello FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
