The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Dariusz Wos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some careless play in the Real Kikkabu defense, Dariusz Wos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cristiano Lancia. The Real Kikkabu fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cristiano Lancia should have stopped the shot. Real Kikkabu's Cristiano Lancia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Horea Boian in the 9th minute of play. After 12 played minutes Real Kikkabu got a freekick which was hit by Ercole Corsi. When the match clock showed 14 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Dariusz Wos sped through Real Kikkabu's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Cristiano Lancia. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind Real Kikkabu's goalkeeper Cristiano Lancia, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 19th minute A.C. Patagonia were awarded a corner. Rafael Nóbrega went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Rui Costa got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Cristiano Lancia quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The A.C. Patagonia fans' excitement grew in the 19th match minute when A.C. Patagonia's Rui Costa looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 24th minute, Horea Boian left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The A.C. Patagonia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Dariusz Wos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cristiano Lancia read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. Cristiano Lancia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dariusz Wos's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. 32 minutes into the match, Horea Boian had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cristiano Lancia. Real Kikkabu's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Horea Boian was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. In the 35th minute, Dariusz Wos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cristiano Lancia was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. After 38 minutes of play, A.C. Patagonia's Dariusz Wos made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cristiano Lancia was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some careless play in the Real Kikkabu defense, Dariusz Wos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cristiano Lancia. The Real Kikkabu fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cristiano Lancia should have stopped the shot. Cristiano Lancia didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dariusz Wos went, in the 45th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-9 was the resulting score. In the 47th minute of the match, Biagio Fortunato tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Nils Støle saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-9 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Horea Boian stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Real Kikkabu's Cristiano Lancia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save Real Kikkabu from getting a goal against them. The supporters of A.C. Patagonia booed when Real Kikkabu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ercole Corsi didn't get a good kick on the ball. 57 minutes into the match, Real Kikkabu's goal looked a bit too open when Dariusz Wos came free, but Cristiano Lancia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of A.C. Patagonia booed when Real Kikkabu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dino Toccaceli didn't get a good kick on the ball. Real Kikkabu's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ludwig Wassenius was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-10. Dariusz Wos struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Cristiano Lancia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for A.C. Patagonia. A.C. Patagonia's Aldo Di Carlo was substituted for Dariusz Wos. 74 minutes into the match, Ludwig Wassenius had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cristiano Lancia. Real Kikkabu's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ludwig Wassenius was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-11. 77 minutes into the match, Aldo Di Carlo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cristiano Lancia. Patagonia's Aldo Di Carlo made it 0-13 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cristiano Lancia was left in no man's land by his defense there! Aldo Di Carlo scored 0-14 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cristiano Lancia, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Aldo Di Carlo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Real Kikkabu's defense didn't have a chance, in the 88th minute, when Aldo Di Carlo scored to the left of an out of position Cristiano Lancia, making the score, 0-15. Real Kikkabu's Cristiano Lancia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aldo Di Carlo in the 92nd minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as A.C. Patagonia's Ludwig Wassenius slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Cristiano Lancia. That made the score 0-16 after 94 minutes of play. The Real Kikkabu fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. A.C. Patagonia were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
