BRASIL.Sp's Wiliam Goiano quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Nestor Gonzáles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Du tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nestor Gonzáles in the 12th minute of play forced CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's goalkeeper Du to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Doriva Jacinto struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Du didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BRASIL.Sp. Du came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by BRASIL.Sp's Nestor Gonzáles. But to his dismay, Nestor Gonzáles quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's zone, Nestor Gonzáles stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Du came out of the goal and Nestor Gonzáles tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Doriva Jacinto came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the BRASIL.Sp fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Doriva Jacinto couldn't finish the play. 26 minutes into the match, Doriva Jacinto notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's Du. Du was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 30 minutes into the game, BRASIL.Sp's Nestor Gonzáles nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Du made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. The referee felt a red card was in order, 36 minutes into the game, when Edmundo Valle put in a rough tackle. In the 38th minute there was a penalty for BRASIL.Sp. Nestor Gonzáles stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Du. 0-4. Doriva Jacinto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 45th minute, Renan Sousa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. BRASIL.Sp's Telmo Dante was substituted for Guilherme Alvarenga. Renan Sousa kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cícero da Costa to make the kick off. 59 minutes into the game, Nestor Gonzáles cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Du was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 62 minutes into the match, BRASIL.Sp's Doriva Jacinto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Du narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Doriva Jacinto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Du tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 65th minute, Doriva Jacinto reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Du. The goal made the score 0-7. Du made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marcinho Félix in the 68th minute. Du stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Doriva Jacinto's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's Du played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zé Roberto Orange in the 74th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Doriva Jacinto in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Du saved CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA from getting behind. Doriva Jacinto in the 76thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Du, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. An unexpected shot in the 78th minute by Nestor Gonzáles got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. BRASIL.Sp's Akiba Teben was substituted for Nestor Gonzáles. Doriva Jacintos short, quick shot in the 81stth minute got Du to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Akiba Teben took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Du. Du dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-8. If Doriva Jacinto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Beto Hoffmann charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Beto Hoffmann the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 88th match minute, CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Beto Hoffmann to maneuver through the defense. Du made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Akiba Teben sent off a good shot on target. If Akiba Teben had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Akiba Teben recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
