Richard Fontes made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Betão Duarte sent off a good shot on target. Arsenal de Gols F.C's Manoel Netto managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Debus Aun in the 35 minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elias Siqueira in the 35th minute of play forced Sumaré Sport Club's goalkeeper Richard Fontes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Elias Siqueira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Richard Fontes made a huge save. The Sumaré Sport Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Richard Fontes should have stopped the shot. Richard Fontes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raimundo Alvarenga in the 93rd minute of the match. 96 minutes into the game, Sebastian Brun was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sumaré Sport Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Arsenal de Gols F.C the free kick. Sebastian Brun kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Arsenal de Gols F.C had played much better football throughout.
