Ciro Elija started the match with the kick off. Omar Duardo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ciro Elija, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Genko Balevski in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Caetano da Silveira saved Chelsicha from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciro Elija in the 9th minute of play forced CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's goalkeeper Omar Duardo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 10th minute Chelsicha were awarded a corner. Victor Velloso went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Victor Velloso got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Omar Duardo quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 12 minutes into the match, CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's goalkeeper Omar Duardo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ciro Elija. In the 12th minute, Chelsicha's Ciro Elija dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. In the 14th minute, Egídio Magalhães hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Omar Duardo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ciro Elija in the 17th minute of play. Chelsicha were awarded a corner in the 18th minute after CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Victor Velloso took the corner. The corner led Chelsicha's Victor Velloso to fire away a dangerous shot which Omar Duardo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After 21 minutes, Edison Brena mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA and the Chelsicha players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 21st match minute, CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edison Brena to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's Omar Duardo got control of the ball when Ciro Elija tried to sneak it across the goal line. Victor Velloso was slow to take the kick. During this time Chelsicha's players had a chance to rest. After 28 played minutes CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA got a freekick which was hit by Genko Balevski. In the 35th minute Ciro Elija shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Omar Duardo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 45th minute, D.J. Cam hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hulk Fenomeno to strike the kick off in the second half. Caetano da Silveira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Genko Balevski, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Luciano Barreto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's goalkeeper Omar Duardo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Caetano da Silveira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Genko Balevski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ciro Elija took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Omar Duardo. Omar Duardo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Egídio Magalhães's late challenge caught a Chelsicha's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Egídio Magalhães helped the player get up and apologised. In the 62nd match minute, CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Egídio Magalhães to maneuver through the defense. Chelsicha made a substitution. Bebeto Maia replaced Vânderson Cafuringa. In the 66th minute, Egídio Magalhães hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Chelsicha's Ciro Elija in the 71st minute got a chance for a shot 71st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's goalie prevented a goal. 75 minutes into the match, Ciro Elija had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Omar Duardo. CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ciro Elija was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's Omar Duardo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victor Velloso in the 79th minute of play. Caetano da Silveira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Genko Balevski, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Ciro Elija scored 4-0 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Omar Duardo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Edison Brena kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. 89 minutes into the match, Chelsicha's Ciro Elija sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Omar Duardo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ciro Elija received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Omar Duardo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Chelsicha were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA for a fine match.
