CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's Omar Duardo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA from getting a goal against them. Genko Balevski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 36 minutes, Genko Balevski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Genko Balevski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 37 minutes into the game, CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's Hulk Fenomeno nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hulk Fenomeno to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 59th minute, Genko Balevski reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Valdir Pérez. The goal made the score 1-3. Hulk Fenomeno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Genko Balevski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Adalberto Albuquerque kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. In the 74th minute, Hulk Fenomeno left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-6. União Verde FC's Valdir Pérez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Genko Balevski in the 77th minute of play. Valdir Pérez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Fernando Albuquerque, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Genko Balevski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Valdir Pérez having to make a save. In the 87th match minute, União Verde FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adalberto Albuquerque to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hulk Fenomeno got free with Valdir Pérez in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Hulk Fenomeno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Carlos Fernando Albuquerque might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Valdir Pérez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out.
