An unexpectedly hard shot by Jiang Qing Lin in the 6th minute of play forced Nabucodonosor E.C. FPRMZ's goalkeeper Pedro Augusto Neto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vito de Godoi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfredão Massa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pedro Augusto Neto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sabino Vilhena, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Donato Tesone was slow to take the kick. During this time Nabucodonosor E.C. FPRMZ's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Nabucodonosor E.C. FPRMZ's corner Donato Tesone fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Vito de Godoi quite easily take care of the ball. In the 25th minute, Sabino Vilhena left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Matos Velhos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. The supporters of Nabucodonosor E.C. FPRMZ booed when Matos Velhos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Generoso Silvino didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Nabucodonosor E.C. An unexpectedly hard shot by Júlio Gentil in the 43rd minute of play forced Nabucodonosor E.C. FPRMZ's goalkeeper Pedro Augusto Neto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

In the 50thth minute of the game Ramon Raymundo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Matos Velhos's Vito de Godoi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jiang Qing Lins short, quick shot in the 52ndth minute got Pedro Augusto Neto to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Vito de Godoi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rafinha Massa, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. In the 55th minute, Rafinha Massa made a precise shot to the right of Vito de Godoi. Matos Velhos's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Matos Velhos's Vito de Godoi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Øyvind Gilje in the 58th minute of play. Vito de Godoi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramon Raymundo in the 59th minute of the match. 59 minutes into the match, Ramon Raymundo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vito de Godoi. One of Matos Velhos:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Nabucodonosor E.C. FPRMZ:s goal. The referee gave Nabucodonosor E.C. FPRMZ a penalty, 94 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Donato Tesone, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Matos Velhos's Vito de Godoi. 5-2. Vito de Godoi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfredão Massa in the 98th minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Matos Velhos players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Nabucodonosor E.C. FPRMZ.
