Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Rodriguinho Hermes started the match with the kick off. The supporters of CERRO PORTEÑO booed when Coelho FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wilian Guimarães didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 8th minute, Andres-Sebastian Kanchelskis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CERRO PORTEÑO fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After some careless play in the Coelho FC defense, Andres-Sebastian Kanchelskis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Paulo Renato Novaes. The Coelho FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Paulo Renato Novaes should have stopped the shot. Edgar Kensicki hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Cãlin Damaschin made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Valdo Peres sent off a good shot on target. Cãlin Damaschin came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Coelho FC's Valdo Peres. But to his dismay, Valdo Peres quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Andres-Sebastian Kanchelskis managed to get in a good position for a shot. CERRO PORTEÑO's supporters rose to their feet, but Andres-Sebastian Kanchelskis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Paulo Renato Novaes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vermudo Capetillo's late challenge caught a Coelho FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vermudo Capetillo helped the player get up and apologised. Andres-Sebastian Kanchelskis scored 1-3 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Paulo Renato Novaes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Andres-Sebastian Kanchelskis took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Paulo Renato Novaes. Paulo Renato Novaes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. 38 minutes into the match, CERRO PORTEÑO's Andres-Sebastian Kanchelskis sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Paulo Renato Novaes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Andres-Sebastian Kanchelskis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 47 minutes into the game, CERRO PORTEÑO's Andres-Sebastian Kanchelskis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Paulo Renato Novaes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-6. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-6.

The wind increased when Andres-Sebastian Kanchelskis made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, one of Coelho FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Andres-Sebastian Kanchelskis scored 1-7 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Paulo Renato Novaes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Coelho FC's Panagiotis Abelas got a free kick in the 59th minute. The supporters of Coelho FC booed when CERRO PORTEÑO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abel Velasco didn't get a good kick on the ball. Coelho FC's Paulo Renato Novaes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andres-Sebastian Kanchelskis in the 63rd minute of play. Pedro Pereira kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Paulo Renato Novaes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andres-Sebastian Kanchelskis in the 69th minute of the match. Cãlin Damaschin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eriberto Linhares in the 72nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andres-Sebastian Kanchelskis in the 73rd minute of play forced Coelho FC's goalkeeper Paulo Renato Novaes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paulo Renato Novaes was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Andres-Sebastian Kanchelskis showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-9 in the 78 minute of play. Paulo Renato Novaes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andres-Sebastian Kanchelskis in the 81st minute of play. If Valdo Peres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 91stth minute of the game Andres-Sebastian Kanchelskis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Coelho FC's Paulo Renato Novaes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Andres-Sebastian Kanchelskis came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the CERRO PORTEÑO fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andres-Sebastian Kanchelskis couldn't finish the play. Paulo Renato Novaes was out of position in the 96 minute of play, and Andres-Sebastian Kanchelskis capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Andres-Sebastian Kanchelskis really showed his touch with that goal: 1-11. The Coelho FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching CERRO PORTEÑO's performance. The match ended with a win for CERRO PORTEÑO.
