After having played for 3 minutes, Di Marinho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barrenta SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Di Marinho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Patric Isaksson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adrián Espadas in the 11th minute of play. Vitaliy Vischak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nariman Mansourian, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. The supporters of Soroca F.C. booed when Barrenta SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nuno Arruda didn't get a good kick on the ball. Patric Isaksson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adrián Espadas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 19th minute Nariman Mansourian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vitaliy Vischak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Patric Isaksson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adrián Espadas, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. After 21 minutes, Nariman Mansourian mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Barrenta SC and the Soroca F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 21 played minutes Barrenta SC got a freekick which was hit by Nariman Mansourian. In the 28thth minute of the game Rodolfo Atarrabi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Barrenta SC's Patric Isaksson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adrián Espadas in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Patric Isaksson saved Barrenta SC from getting behind. Barrenta SC's Patric Isaksson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adrián Espadas in the 31st minute of play. After 31 minutes of play, Soroca F.C.'s Adrián Espadas made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Patric Isaksson was left in no man's land by his defense there! 34 minutes into the match, Rodolfo Atarrabi notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Barrenta SC's Patric Isaksson. Patric Isaksson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Patric Isaksson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodolfo Atarrabi in the 38th minute of play. Patric Isaksson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rodolfo Atarrabi's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adrián Espadas in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Patric Isaksson saved Barrenta SC from getting behind. If Adrián Espadas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vitaliy Vischak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nariman Mansourian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Agustín Tastzian hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. Gustavo Tartalo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adrián Espadas in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Patric Isaksson saved Barrenta SC from getting behind. Adrián Espadas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Patric Isaksson having to make a save. Adrián Espadas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Patric Isaksson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. Patric Isaksson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amador Venceslao, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 67th minute Nariman Mansourian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vitaliy Vischak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 68 minutes into the match, Barrenta SC's Fellipe Lago sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vitaliy Vischak narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Adrián Espadas struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Patric Isaksson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Soroca F.C.. Soroca F.C. made a substitution. Godofredo Quilino replaced Gustavo Tartalo. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Di Marinho during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Di Marinho kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. If Godofredo Quilino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 87 minutes Barrenta SC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Zézinho Neiva who took care of the corner kick. Soroca F.C.'s Natalio Mazuste was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Patric Isaksson in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Răzvan Necula in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Patric Isaksson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Vitaliy Vischak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Urban Stenman in the 94th minute of play. Urban Stenman took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vitaliy Vischak. Vitaliy Vischak dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3.
