Vassilis Nentakis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tobiasz Rostow in the 24th minute of the match. Nicolae Ceaușescu made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Róbson Velasco sent off a good shot on target. Matei Corona's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vassilis Nentakis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. In the 33rd minute of the match Master Champion BMX Flat got a corner. S.E. Pindorama Eagles's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Aarne Mikkola ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 34th minute, Aarne Mikkola hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nicolae Ceaușescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ştefan Magheran in the 38th minute of play. 1-0 became the score in the 43rd minute when Ştefan Magheran elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ştefan Magheran to strike the kick off in the second half. Matei Corona fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vassilis Nentakis having to interfere. Nicolae Ceaușescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ştefan Magheran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 54th match minute, Master Champion BMX Flat was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aarne Mikkola to maneuver through the defense. The corner ended in Juvenal Antunes almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Master Champion BMX Flat's Nicolae Ceaușescu did a great save. The supporters of Master Champion BMX Flat booed when S.E. Pindorama Eagles was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Inácio Ponta didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tobiasz Rostow fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vassilis Nentakis having to interfere. Nicolae Ceaușescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ştefan Magheran, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Frits van Gaal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, S.E. Pindorama Eagles's Vassilis Nentakis got control of the ball when Tobiasz Rostow tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 72nd minute, Tobiasz Rostow made a precise shot to the right of Vassilis Nentakis. S.E. Pindorama Eagles's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. In the 82ndth minute of the game Ştefan Magheran who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Master Champion BMX Flat's Nicolae Ceaușescu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match clock showed 82 minutes, the score became 2-2 when Ştefan Magheran sped through Master Champion BMX Flat's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Nicolae Ceaușescu. In the 88th minute Ştefan Magheran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicolae Ceaușescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tobiasz Rostow recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match had gone on for 92 minutes, Maicon Palmeira put it in 3-2 from a short distance just to the right of Nicolae Ceaușescu. In the 98th minute Frits van Gaal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicolae Ceaușescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Master Champion BMX Flat's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
