Stoyne Belyovski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Federico Vilchez in the 15th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bennie Nuñez in the 16th minute of play forced GATE's goalkeeper Stoyne Belyovski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vihar Chachev scored 1-1 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eric Palacios, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to SAPRIMECKBEL getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Teodoro Padilla hit a great ball. A hard shot by Bilyan Nakov from long distance, 32 minutes into the match, got Eric Palacios's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Eric Palacios showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nesho Kozovski, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. When Rex Serrano fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SAPRIMECKBEL's protests and gave Rex Serrano a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to SAPRIMECKBEL getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nesho Kozovski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Federico Vilchez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 50th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 62 played minutes, GATE's Bilyan Nakov shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Eric Palacios came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in GATE reached it. GATE made a substitution. Tzolo Fetvadzhiev replaced Angel Gyumishev. GATE's Yanaki Gaydov was substituted for Radomir Kertev. The referee felt a red card was in order, 72 minutes into the game, when Ikonom Kyulyumov put in a rough tackle. Ikonom Kyulyumov hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Bennie Nuñez struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Stoyne Belyovski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SAPRIMECKBEL. The crowd rose to their feet as Bennie Nuñez kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Stoyne Belyovski. That made the score 1-3 in the 75 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nesho Kozovski in the 81st minute of play forced SAPRIMECKBEL's goalkeeper Eric Palacios to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eric Palacios showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vihar Chachev, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Eric Palacios took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tzolo Fetvadzhiev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in SAPRIMECKBEL's zone, Tzolo Fetvadzhiev stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eric Palacios came out of the goal and Tzolo Fetvadzhiev tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 92 played minutes SAPRIMECKBEL got a freekick which was hit by Bennie Nuñez. 96 minutes into the game, Nesho Kozovski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Eric Palacios was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see GATE lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
