Arnold McDecland ran over to the corner to take the kick. Oto Mur might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ter Stegen. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Oto Mur ran back to his position shaking his head. Ter Stegen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oto Mur in the 18th minute of the match. Dobri Koks made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Torrey Molloy in the 28th minute of play. Dobri Koks took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Torrey Molloy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The 1948 MKS fans' excitement grew in the 29th match minute when 1948 MKS's Torrey Molloy looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. In the 59thth minute of the game Oto Mur who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but 1948 MKS's Ter Stegen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 60 minutes into the match, 1948 MKS's goal looked a bit too open when Oto Mur came free, but Ter Stegen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Oto Mur scored 1-2 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ter Stegen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Dobri Koks showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Torrey Molloy, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. 84 minutes into the match, 1948 MKS's goal looked a bit too open when Lucjan Szkarpiak came free, but Ter Stegen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Juliszew SSA supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Juliszew SSA would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
