After 13 minutes of play, UPTEXTIL.COM's Cüneyt Berksoy made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Yao Zhan Sang was left in no man's land by his defense there! Yao Zhan Sang took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cüneyt Berksoy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cüneyt Berksoy struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Yao Zhan Sang didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for UPTEXTIL.COM. 22 minutes into the match, UPTEXTIL.COM's Cüneyt Berksoy sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Yao Zhan Sang narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mateus Cruz made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Tuan Lovell sent off a good shot on target. In the 25thth minute of the game Baltazar Clavijo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but UPTEXTIL.COM's Mateus Cruz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 27th minute of the match Borussia Dortmund got a corner. UPTEXTIL.COM's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Yakup Sargut ran over to the corner to take the kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cüneyt Berksoy in the 29th minute of play forced Borussia Dortmund's goalkeeper Yao Zhan Sang to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cüneyt Berksoy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Yao Zhan Sang tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half UPTEXTIL.COM were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Paolo Ruisko to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Cüneyt Berksoy's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Yao Zhan Sang was relentless in the 51st minute of the game. Mateus Cruz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Baltazar Clavijo went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. UPTEXTIL.COM's Mário Maldini was substituted for Zé Paulo Queirós. 72 minutes into the match, Borussia Dortmund's goalkeeper Yao Zhan Sang had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Martin Ødegaard. 78 minutes into the match, Borussia Dortmund's goal looked a bit too open when Cüneyt Berksoy came free, but Yao Zhan Sang reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 80 minutes into the game, Cüneyt Berksoy recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Yao Zhan Sang. When the match had gone on for 83 minutes, Cüneyt Berksoy put it in 2-5 from a short distance just to the right of Yao Zhan Sang. UPTEXTIL.COM made a substitution. Luiz Gustavo Veloso replaced Paolo Ruisko. Tomas Levander's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mateus Cruz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. With a little luck, Borussia Dortmund's Yao Zhan Sang got control of the ball when Martin Ødegaard tried to sneak it across the goal line.
