Jonatan Eguzki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabriel-Omar Batista in the 18th minute of the match. Maximiliano Iigo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Máximo Kirchner in the 22nd minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, Unidad de Matanza's goal looked a bit too open when Gabriel-Omar Batista came free, but Jonatan Eguzki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 36 minutes into the game, Unidad de Matanza's Máximo Kirchner nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Maximiliano Iigo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. In the 40th minute, Milton Rojas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Unidad de Matanza getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Lucas Lucas hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, ★Independiente Ψ★'s Adan Aresti tried to score from far away in the 46th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Michal Stehno stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 57 played minutes ★Independiente Ψ★ got a freekick which was hit by Glenn Sande. An unexpectedly hard shot by Máximo Kirchner in the 58th minute of play forced ★Independiente Ψ★'s goalkeeper Maximiliano Iigo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jay-Jay Okocha in the 59thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jonatan Eguzki, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 63rd minute, Michal Stehno ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Maximiliano Iigo was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Unidad de Matanza's Marsilam Sangaji was substituted for Milton Rojas. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marsilam Sangaji in the 68th minute of play forced ★Independiente Ψ★'s goalkeeper Maximiliano Iigo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonatan Eguzki was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Maximiliano Iigo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marsilam Sangaji in the 89th minute of the match. In the 93rd match minute, ★Independiente Ψ★ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ale Glowacz to maneuver through the defense. Maximiliano Iigo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marsilam Sangaji, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Unidad de Matanza's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
