After 3 played minutes Castanheiro SC got a freekick which was hit by Umberto Dionísio. Ciro Brasil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Umberto Dionísio in the 7th minute of the match. In the 10th match minute, ITAFUT 4EVER was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tonhão Palmeira to maneuver through the defense. In the 10th minute Anísio Alagoano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciro Brasil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ciro Brasil took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Umberto Dionísio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anísio Alagoano in the 17th minute of play forced ITAFUT 4EVER's goalkeeper Ciro Brasil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Evair Palmeira got free with Pedrinho Guimarães in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ciro Brasil came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Castanheiro SC's Benedito Mineiro. But to his dismay, Benedito Mineiro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After a rather tough play, Castanheiro SC's Anísio Alagoano got a free kick in the 46th minute.

The wind increased when Evair Palmeira made the kick off in the second half. Fellipe da Silva hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Evair Palmeira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedrinho Guimarães having to interfere. Umberto Dionísio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ciro Brasil having to interfere. José Augusto Novaes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Pedrinho Guimarães tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 65 minutes into the match, Castanheiro SC's goal looked a bit too open when Renatinho Urbano came free, but Pedrinho Guimarães reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pedrinho Guimarães came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by ITAFUT 4EVER's Renatinho Urbano. But to his dismay, Renatinho Urbano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Castanheiro SC made a substitution. Mauro Sarmento replaced Magno Pereira. ITAFUT 4EVER made a substitution. Orlando Mineiro replaced Guto de Castro. Valério Fernandes kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Castanheiro SC made a substitution. Júnior Alagoano replaced Edinho Pirani. With a little luck, ITAFUT 4EVER's Ciro Brasil got control of the ball when Umberto Dionísio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Célio Vianna's late challenge caught a ITAFUT 4EVER's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Célio Vianna helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Castanheiro SC's Célio Vianna got a free kick in the 91st minute. Célio Vianna hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Castanheiro SC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
