The crowd rose to their feet as KS Bukowe's Marian Mondrowski slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Radomir Zurawski. That made the score 2-1 after 31 minutes of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Boguslaw Piesciuk in the 42nd minute of play forced KS Bukowe's goalkeeper Jerzy Dudek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gianluca Lapadula made a kick off. Adam Niziolek ran back to his position shaking his head. Through an outstanding action, after 78 minutes, Jerzy Dudek successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Gianluca Lapadula might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Radomir Zurawski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gianluca Lapadula ran back to his position shaking his head. Radomir Zurawski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gianluca Lapadula in the 83rd minute of play. 85 minutes into the match, Gianluca Lapadula notched a goal, 6-1, to the right of Radarowcy Szczecin's Radomir Zurawski. Radomir Zurawski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a little luck, KS Bukowe's Jerzy Dudek got control of the ball when Don Romário tried to sneak it across the goal line.
