Spectators: 150 (Terracing: 113, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) Gelâtâserray's Başar Kutsoy started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Gelâtâserray's Feyzullay Keskinel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Furkan Akkılıç in the 6th minute of play. When Furkan Akkılıç came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Vakfıkebir United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Furkan Akkılıç couldn't finish the play. Feyzullay Keskinel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Serkan Eldem in the 13th minute of play. The Vakfıkebir United fans' excitement grew in the 14th match minute when Vakfıkebir United's Mehmet Hamdi Değirmencioğlu looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Gelâtâserray's Feyzullay Keskinel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mehmet Hamdi Değirmencioğlu in the 17th minute of play. 20 minutes into the match, Serkan Eldem had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Feyzullay Keskinel. Gelâtâserray's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Serkan Eldem was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Vakfıkebir United were awarded a corner in the 24th minute after Gelâtâserray's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Rafet Ocakoğlu took the corner. Kerimhan Başsoy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Feyzullay Keskinel having to interfere. Serkan Eldem's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Feyzullay Keskinel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. Feyzullay Keskinel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmet Bülent Timur in the 35th minute of play. Feyzullay Keskinel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mehmet Hamdi Değirmencioğlu, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. In the 41st minute, Serkan Eldem ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Feyzullay Keskinel was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Feyzullay Keskinel came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Vakfıkebir United's Mehmet Hamdi Değirmencioğlu. But to his dismay, Mehmet Hamdi Değirmencioğlu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. After the first half Vakfıkebir United were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Furkan Akkılıç struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Feyzullay Keskinel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vakfıkebir United. In the 57th minute Serkan Eldem shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Feyzullay Keskinel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mehmet Hamdi Değirmencioğlu got free with Feyzullay Keskinel in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Furkan Akkılıç managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vakfıkebir United's supporters rose to their feet, but Furkan Akkılıç was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Feyzullay Keskinel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 60 minutes into the game, Kerimhan Başsoy was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vakfıkebir United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gelâtâserray the free kick. In the 60th minute, Kerimhan Başsoy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 66 played minutes Serkan Eldem rounded Gelâtâserray's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-5. Feyzullay Keskinel made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Mehmet Hamdi Değirmencioğlu sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Gelâtâserray's zone, Kerimhan Başsoy stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Feyzullay Keskinel came out of the goal and Kerimhan Başsoy tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Ahmet Bülent Timur fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vakfıkebir United's protests and gave Ahmet Bülent Timur a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Vakfıkebir United's Ahmet Bülent Timur got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Doğaner Şanalp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Umur Afak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vakfıkebir United's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
