Recep Talha Onsal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Yakup Kadri Tekin made a huge save. 22 minutes into the match, LegendTURK's goal looked a bit too open when Mecnun Başer came free, but Zikri Süleyman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Namık Kemal Yenal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zikri Süleyman having to interfere. Göktürk Enfa's late challenge caught a Samsunspor's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Göktürk Enfa helped the player get up and apologised. After 37 minutes, Ahmet Rıfat Seccac mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the LegendTURK and the Samsunspor players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Samsunspor booed when LegendTURK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ahmet Rıfat Seccac didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 39th minute Mecnun Başer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zikri Süleyman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Samsunspor's Yakup Kadri Tekin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Samsunspor from getting a goal against them. In the 63rd minute of the match İnanç Erencan sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Yakup Kadri Tekin skillfully saved the ball. İnanç Erencan kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Kingsley Schindler took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 66th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Zikri Süleyman. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Samsunspor had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
