Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Peace Home Street Boys's William Lundström started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Rutger Beck hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Johnny Eskilsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Måns Bergqvist in the 7th minute. A collision led to Peace Home Street Boys getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Ted Tillman hit a great ball. William Lundström took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Egon Stenqvist. Egon Stenqvist dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After a rather tough play, Amaranthus's Henry Kämpe got a free kick in the 17th minute. Ted Tillman scored 0-2 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Egon Stenqvist, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jonathan Lund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Johnny Eskilsson having to interfere. Thomas Kullgren's late challenge caught a Peace Home Street Boys's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Thomas Kullgren helped the player get up and apologised. Johnny Eskilsson was a little too slow when Snorre Knærkegaard got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 28th minute. The score was now 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lennart Nordmark in the 32nd minute of play forced Amaranthus's goalkeeper Egon Stenqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Egon Stenqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adrian Ståhlberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. After 38 minutes of play, Peace Home Street Boys's William Lundström made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Egon Stenqvist was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Amaranthus booed when Peace Home Street Boys was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Björn Walmarsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 47 minutes, Ted Tillman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Peace Home Street Boys and the Amaranthus players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 47 played minutes Peace Home Street Boys got a freekick which was hit by Ted Tillman. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Måns Bergqvist to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Amaranthus's goalkeeper Egon Stenqvist had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rune Gustafsson. In the 55th minute William Lundström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Egon Stenqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Egon Stenqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ted Tillman in the 59th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Peace Home Street Boys's Ted Tillman slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Egon Stenqvist. That made the score 1-4 after 62 minutes of play. In the 65th minute, William Lundström ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Egon Stenqvist was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-5. In the 67th minute, Rune Gustafsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Egon Stenqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from William Lundström in the 69th minute of play. Egon Stenqvist made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Ted Tillman sent off a good shot on target. 74 minutes into the match, Amaranthus's goal looked a bit too open when William Lundström came free, but Egon Stenqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, William Lundström took a quick shot and it went in 1-6 without a chance for Egon Stenqvist to make any attempt to save it. Egon Stenqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from William Lundström in the 82nd minute of play. Amaranthus's Egon Stenqvist proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Amaranthus from getting a goal against them. Peace Home Street Boys's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
