Lillbo BK's Bertil Vallengren tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Staffan Blomkvist hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. With a little luck, The Skates's Jens-Ola Lund got control of the ball when Frans Östlund tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 24th minute of the match, Jan-Olof Josefsson got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jens-Ola Lund was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 29th minute of the match Staffan Blomkvist shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bertil Vallengren showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After having played for 31 minutes, Lennart Nyberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The Skates's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lennart Nyberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. But to his dismay, Christian Hedling quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lillbo BK's goalkeeper Bertil Vallengren, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jens-Ola Lund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frans Östlund, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Jens-Ola Lund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan-Olof Josefsson in the 60th minute of the match. Jens-Ola Lund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sem Påk, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. But to his dismay, Frans Östlund quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. In the 86th minute, Lillbo BK's Sem Påk seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Sem Påk the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Lillbo BK protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Sem Påk had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in Lillbo BK fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 85th minute. Penalty! Lillbo BK walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
