After some careless play in the Oakcroft Thrashers defense, Torbjörn Grep kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mårten Nordström. The Oakcroft Thrashers fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mårten Nordström should have stopped the shot. Torbjörn Grep charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Torbjörn Grep the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Mårten Nordström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Torbjörn Grep in the 12th minute of play. Reine Stenkvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henrik Hasselqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mårten Nordström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jorden Blomme in the 28th minute of play. After 29 played minutes Ninjas FK got a freekick which was hit by Ingemar Kaxe. After a rather tough play, Ninjas FK's Egil Jakobsson got a free kick in the 30th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Egil Jakobsson in the 39th minute of play forced Oakcroft Thrashers's goalkeeper Mårten Nordström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jesper Pettersson was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 40 minutes into the match. If Egil Jakobsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorden Blomme in the 48th minute of play forced Oakcroft Thrashers's goalkeeper Mårten Nordström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Stefan Asmundsson to strike the kick off in the second half. Egil Jakobsson hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. In the 58th minute, Claes Landin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Stefan Asmundsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Reine Stenkvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Claes Landin charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Claes Landin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Oakcroft Thrashers booed when Ninjas FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Claes Landin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mårten Nordström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Torbjörn Grep in the 64th minute. Mårten Nordström made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Torbjörn Grep sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Ninjas FK booed when Oakcroft Thrashers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henrik Hasselqvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 74 minutes of play, Ninjas FK's Egil Jakobsson made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mårten Nordström was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ingemar Kaxe did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-6 to the left of a surprised Mårten Nordström 78 minutes into the match. Torbjörn Grep's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 82ndth minute, Mårten Nordström skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Oakcroft Thrashers's Mårten Nordström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Torbjörn Grep in the 85th minute of play. Oakcroft Thrashers's Mårten Nordström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Oakcroft Thrashers from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Ninjas FK's Jorden Blomme slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mårten Nordström. That made the score 0-7 after 89 minutes of play. When the match was over Ninjas FK could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Oakcroft Thrashers throughout the match.
