The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mats Ljusberg got free with Adrian Springfält in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Matthias Brandin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gunnar Hellström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Matthias Brandin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gunnar Hellström in the 6th minute of the match. 9 minutes into the game, Tim Hellbom was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SJÖARED's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Svartvallstjärnens IF the free kick. After a rather tough play, SJÖARED's Tim Hellbom got a free kick in the 9th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jan-Erik Carlsson in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Adrian Springfält saved SJÖARED from getting behind. A nice corner shot did that Björn Andberg got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Adrian Springfält quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. With a little luck, SJÖARED's Adrian Springfält got control of the ball when Eskil Möllgren tried to sneak it across the goal line. Adrian Springfält made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jan-Erik Carlsson in the 24th minute. In the 27th minute Helge Gustafsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matthias Brandin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Matthias Brandin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vidar Lang, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Adrian Springfält took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eskil Möllgren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 56th minute Mats Ljusberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adrian Springfält saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Matthias Brandin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Helge Gustafsson in the 60th minute of play. Matthias Brandin was out of position in the 65 minute of play, and Vilhelm Lidman capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Vilhelm Lidman really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. Svartvallstjärnens IF's Lars Hedlund was substituted for Ian Rosén. Svartvallstjärnens IF made a substitution. Björn Andberg hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match.
