Spectators: 161 (Terracing: 121, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Eduard Mutu made the kick off which started today's match. Péter Pál-Szabó made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Sever Patriciu sent off a good shot on target. Gyepüpataka's defense didn't have a chance, in the 5th minute, when Eduard Mutu scored to the left of an out of position Péter Pál-Szabó, making the score, 1-0. Imre Ignátko made in the 7th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Árpád Illés. With a little luck, Gyepüpataka's Péter Pál-Szabó got control of the ball when Sever Patriciu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Silviu Hrandabur kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Sever Patriciu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Péter Pál-Szabó tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 16 minutes into the game, Niculae Scutaru was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Luck's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gyepüpataka the free kick. After 16 played minutes FC Luck got a freekick which was hit by Niculae Scutaru. In the last second Péter Pál-Szabó throw himself and got hold of the ball when Eduard Mutu in the 23rdth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. In the 25th minute FC Luck were awarded a corner. Niculae Mercescu went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Niculae Mercescu almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Gyepüpataka's Péter Pál-Szabó did a great save. Sever Patriciu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Péter Pál-Szabó read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. Niculae Scutaru got his second yellow card in the match during the 27th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Niculae Scutaru kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Péter Pál-Szabó showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sever Patriciu in the 31st minute of the match. Nicu Mincu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Árpád Illés in the 34th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iordache Voinescu in the 35th minute of play forced FC Luck's goalkeeper Nicu Mincu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nicu Mincu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iordache Voinescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iordache Voinescu in the 46th minute of play forced FC Luck's goalkeeper Nicu Mincu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nicu Mincu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antonio Paredes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Antonio Paredes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gyepüpataka's supporters rose to their feet, but Antonio Paredes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nicu Mincu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Imre Ignátko hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Péter Pál-Szabó showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eduard Mutu in the 61st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eduard Mutu in the 65th minute of play forced Gyepüpataka's goalkeeper Péter Pál-Szabó to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eduard Mutu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Péter Pál-Szabó tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gyepüpataka made a substitution. Matei Berevoescu replaced Imre Ignátko. In the 76th minute, Eduard Mutu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 78th match minute, FC Luck was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eduard Mutu to maneuver through the defense. Péter Pál-Szabó showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sever Patriciu, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. After 83 minutes Gyepüpataka's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Niculae Mercescu who took care of the corner kick. Sever Patriciu was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. The audience was convinced that Eduard Mutu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Péter Pál-Szabó was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. A collision led to FC Luck getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Eduard Mutu hit a great ball. Despite being the better team, Gyepüpataka failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
