Spectators: 160 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Themistoklis Von Grimmelhausen started the match with the kick off. Louis-Philippe von Fallersleben recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Themistoklis Von Grimmelhausen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Marius Hârșu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With his leg Marius Hârșu managed to avoid a goal in the 8thth minute, when Fotbal Club Vaslui's Louis-Philippe von Fallersleben fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Themistoklis Von Grimmelhausen scored 1-0 in the 9th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marius Hârșu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 20th match minute, Colteni was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ovidiu Nastac to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Themistoklis Von Grimmelhausen in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marius Hârșu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Marius Hârșu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Themistoklis Von Grimmelhausen, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. After having played for 32 minutes, Codruț Gaiță managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Colteni's supporters crossed their fingers, but Codruț Gaiță was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marius Hârșu came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by Fotbal Club Vaslui's Louis-Philippe von Fallersleben. But to his dismay, Louis-Philippe von Fallersleben quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Themistoklis Von Grimmelhausen in the 45th minute of play forced Colteni's goalkeeper Marius Hârșu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

53 minutes into the game, Themistoklis Von Grimmelhausen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fotbal Club Vaslui's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Colteni the free kick. In the 53rd match minute, Fotbal Club Vaslui was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Themistoklis Von Grimmelhausen to maneuver through the defense. Louis-Philippe von Fallersleben took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marius Hârșu. Marius Hârșu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Marius Hârșu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Themistoklis Von Grimmelhausen in the 63rd minute of play. Marius Hârșu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Themistoklis Von Grimmelhausen's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. Fotbal Club Vaslui's attentive Bogdan Antonescu managed to snatch the ball when Bogdan Tăgorean made a throw-in in the 88th minute of the game. Louis-Philippe von Fallersleben charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Louis-Philippe von Fallersleben the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Fotbal Club Vaslui's Louis-Philippe von Fallersleben got a free kick in the 89th minute.
