In the 2nd minute Pawel Gdowik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jozek Bron saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iwan Kornatowski hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. 10 minutes into the match, Łowcy pustych głów's goal looked a bit too open when Pawel Gdowik came free, but Jozek Bron reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Pawel Gdowik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to Łowcy pustych głów getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Marian Plaski hit a great ball. 31 minutes into the match, Jagiellonia Bialystok's goalkeeper Rafal Duda had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ignacy Czapski. Zbyszek Budzynski scored 0-1 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jozek Bron, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Ignacy Czapski came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Łowcy pustych głów fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ignacy Czapski couldn't finish the play. Lucjan Patora hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Iwan Kornatowski hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. In the 46th minute, Zbyszek Budzynski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jozek Bron was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pawel Gdowik made a kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bogdan Lipinski during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 57th minute, Zbyszek Budzynski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 58 played minutes Jagiellonia Bialystok got a freekick which was hit by Lucjan Bara. When Pawel Gdowik came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Jagiellonia Bialystok fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pawel Gdowik couldn't finish the play. Jozek Bron was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Pawel Gdowik showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 66 minute of play. Jozek Bron showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pawel Gdowik in the 72nd minute of the match. In the 74th minute Pawel Gdowik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jozek Bron saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 77th minute, Gilbert Tomaka hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Pawel Gdowik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Rafal Duda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antoni Majczyk, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Zbyszek Budzynski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jagiellonia Bialystok were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Łowcy pustych głów's much stronger midfield.
