After 22 played minutes Lithuanian amber got a freekick which was hit by Bernardas Mažulis. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Lars Moum managed to get in a good position for a shot. mixednutz XI's supporters rose to their feet, but Lars Moum was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rokas Šernas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ramūnas Grigutis during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Lithuanian amber's Ramūnas Grigutis got a free kick in the 25th minute. Lithuanian amber's Rokas Šernas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Lithuanian amber from getting a goal against them. Morten Vu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vincentas Nutautas in the 29th minute of play. In the 36th minute, Lars Moum got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Morten Vu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vincentas Nutautas, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Brede Bråthen was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 47 minutes into the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ramūnas Grigutis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Lars Moum had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jack Fagerheim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rokas Šernas having to interfere. When Jack Fagerheim came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the mixednutz XI fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jack Fagerheim couldn't finish the play. In the 61st minute Lars Moum shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rokas Šernas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Morten Vu made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Vincentas Nutautas sent off a good shot on target. In the 69th minute, Vincentas Nutautas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lithuanian amber fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. If Oskaras Matulis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, mixednutz XI's Morten Vu got control of the ball when Vincentas Nutautas tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the mixednutz XI defense, Oskaras Matulis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Morten Vu. The mixednutz XI fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Morten Vu should have stopped the shot. Einaras Najulis charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Einaras Najulis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 82nd match minute, Lithuanian amber was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Einaras Najulis to maneuver through the defense. Lars Moum received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Rokas Šernas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. mixednutz XI's Morten Vu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnas Bacys in the 92nd minute of play. Lithuanian amber's Vincentas Nutautas got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Arnas Bacys could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Morten Vu made a huge save. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Lithuanian amber would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
