Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) Konstantínus Arnleifsson was a little too slow when Philip Aasberg got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 8th minute. The score was now 1-0. Skytta Toppidrettslag's Atle Sundstrøm got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Atle Sundstrøm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Konstantínus Arnleifsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Atle Sundstrøm in the 19th minute of play. Akranes's Konstantínus Arnleifsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Atle Sundstrøm in the 21st minute of play. Birger Hammerstad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mjölnir Vilmarsson in the 23rd minute of play. Birger Hammerstad showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rubinho Salgado in the 25th minute of the match. 28 minutes into the match, Are Haaland dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Konstantínus Arnleifsson, 3-0. Konstantínus Arnleifsson came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Skytta Toppidrettslag's Ole Haugum. But to his dismay, Ole Haugum quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Birger Hammerstad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mjölnir Vilmarsson in the 34th minute of play. After some careless play in the Skytta Toppidrettslag defense, Guðfreður Játmundsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Birger Hammerstad. The Skytta Toppidrettslag fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Birger Hammerstad should have stopped the shot. In the 43rd minute, Pål Brun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-1.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rubinho Salgado to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Akranes getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. Abraham Reyrsson hit a great ball. In the 54th minute, Guðfreður Játmundsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Are Haaland took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Konstantínus Arnleifsson. Konstantínus Arnleifsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. 64 minutes into the match, Skytta Toppidrettslag's Ole Haugum sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Konstantínus Arnleifsson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a little luck, Skytta Toppidrettslag's Birger Hammerstad got control of the ball when Mjölnir Vilmarsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 71st minute, Rubinho Salgado ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Birger Hammerstad was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-2. A collision led to Skytta Toppidrettslag getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Ole-Petter Vigre hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Are Haaland in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Konstantínus Arnleifsson saved Akranes from getting behind. Konstantínus Arnleifsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Are Haaland in the 87th minute of the match. Mikael Hvidsten hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Skytta Toppidrettslag's Thor Elden got a free kick in the 91st minute. Ole Haugum hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. The Skytta Toppidrettslag players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
