Spectators: 174 (Terracing: 131, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) AEK FC's Artaç Hendekli started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 3 played minutes Outer Space FC got a freekick which was hit by Fred Garbe. In the 4th minute of the match Sindre Westerlund shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rudolf Dörr showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Joost Mackenthun during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Joost Mackenthun hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. In the 5th minute of the match Sindre Westerlund shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rudolf Dörr showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Artaç Hendekli in the 10th minute of play forced Outer Space FC's goalkeeper Rudolf Dörr to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kenneth Knudsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joost Mackenthun in the 12th minute of play. Rudolf Dörr made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Erland Slyngstad sent off a good shot on target. Erland Slyngstad kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 18thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Outer Space FC's keeper Rudolf Dörr was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. Steve Triganza charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Steve Triganza the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. With his leg Rudolf Dörr managed to avoid a goal in the 34thth minute, when AEK FC's Erland Slyngstad fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 37 minutes into the game, Boris Fackler was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Outer Space FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave AEK FC the free kick. In the 37th match minute, Outer Space FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Boris Fackler to maneuver through the defense. Erland Slyngstad could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Rudolf Dörr made a huge save. With his leg Rudolf Dörr managed to avoid a goal in the 39thth minute, when AEK FC's Erland Slyngstad fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Rudolf Dörr didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Artaç Hendekli went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Artaç Hendekli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 47th minute, Hemmo Bielstein hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Boris Fackler was the one to do the kick off. If Artaç Hendekli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 54 minutes into the game, Boris Fackler cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Kenneth Knudsen was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Artaç Hendekli in the 57th minute of play forced Outer Space FC's goalkeeper Rudolf Dörr to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 60th minute Artaç Hendekli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rudolf Dörr saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 64 minutes into the match, Outer Space FC's goal looked a bit too open when Erland Slyngstad came free, but Rudolf Dörr reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Erland Slyngstad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rudolf Dörr took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Artaç Hendekli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 72 minutes Outer Space FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sindre Westerlund who took care of the corner kick. 74 minutes into the match, AEK FC's goal looked a bit too open when Boris Fackler came free, but Kenneth Knudsen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 78th minute, Josua Kuhles hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Artaç Hendekli managed to get in a good position for a shot. AEK FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Artaç Hendekli was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rudolf Dörr breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Outer Space FC getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Joost Mackenthun hit a great ball. When the match clock showed 82 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Artaç Hendekli sped through Outer Space FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Rudolf Dörr. An unexpectedly hard shot by Artaç Hendekli in the 88th minute of play forced Outer Space FC's goalkeeper Rudolf Dörr to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When AEK FC's Artaç Hendekli in the 92nd minute got a chance for a shot 92nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Outer Space FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 93rd minute AEK FC were awarded a corner. Sindre Westerlund went to the cornerflag to take it. Justin Schaffert charged in rather forcefully in the 99th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Justin Schaffert the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Outer Space FC getting a freekick after 99 minutes play. Justin Schaffert hit a great ball. AEK FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
