Eldór Hreiðarsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silver Oks in the 11th minute of the match. In the 16th minute Kevin Ööpik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eldór Hreiðarsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 18 minutes into the match, Æsir Ásgarðr's goal looked a bit too open when Dé 吕布 came free, but Eldór Hreiðarsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eldór Hreiðarsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dé 吕布, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eldór Hreiðarsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kevin Ööpik in the 22nd minute of play. If Rólant Ásbergsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 42 minutes into the match, Æsir Ásgarðr's goal looked a bit too open when Kevin Ööpik came free, but Eldór Hreiðarsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mairo Tomat in the 44th minute of play forced Æsir Ásgarðr's goalkeeper Eldór Hreiðarsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kevin Ööpik was the one to do the kick off. Silver Oks took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eldór Hreiðarsson. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dé 吕布 in the 57th minute of play forced Æsir Ásgarðr's goalkeeper Eldór Hreiðarsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kevin Ööpik received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Eldór Hreiðarsson came out and tried to block the shot, but Kevin Ööpik slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 58th minute. In the 62nd minute of the match, Silver Oks got a very nice opportunity to score, but Eldór Hreiðarsson was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Æsir Ásgarðr's Eldór Hreiðarsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Æsir Ásgarðr from getting a goal against them. When Kevin Ööpik came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Kutsikad fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kevin Ööpik couldn't finish the play. 71 minutes into the match, Æsir Ásgarðr's goal looked a bit too open when Dé 吕布 came free, but Eldór Hreiðarsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 75 minutes into the match, Æsir Ásgarðr's goalkeeper Eldór Hreiðarsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Silver Oks. Kutsikad's Silver Oks came free and shot a quick shot against goal 75 minutes in the game, fortunately Eldór Hreiðarsson had problems saving as it came toward the left post. With a little luck, Æsir Ásgarðr's Eldór Hreiðarsson got control of the ball when Silver Oks tried to sneak it across the goal line. 79 minutes into the game, Bersi Aðalsteinsson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Æsir Ásgarðr's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kutsikad the free kick. Kutsikad's Edvin Keskrand was substituted for Silver Oks. In the 80th minute, Bersi Aðalsteinsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edvin Keskrand could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Eldór Hreiðarsson made a huge save. 83 minutes into the match, Æsir Ásgarðr's goalkeeper Eldór Hreiðarsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kevin Ööpik. Kutsikad's Sten Liib played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Safír Fannarsson in the 85th minute of play. Sten Liib made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Álfgeir Hannibalsson in the 86th minute of play. Æsir Ásgarðr's defense didn't have a chance, in the 90th minute, when Mairo Tomat scored to the left of an out of position Eldór Hreiðarsson, making the score, 0-4. With an all-out effort, Kutsikad's Eldór Hreiðarsson threw himself towards the right post 93 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Dé 吕布, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Kutsikad's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
