The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 5 minutes into the match, Tartalo Rajoi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leonardo Martins. SLB TELHA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tartalo Rajoi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After a rather tough play, SLB TELHA's Marcos Sacramento got a free kick in the 10th minute. Tartalo Rajoi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Leonardo Martins didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tartalo Rajoi went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. After 22 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Atlético Ourense! Tartalo Rajoi took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leonardo Martins. Leonardo Martins dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Mino Borrás kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. The supporters of Atlético Ourense booed when SLB TELHA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hermes Vilanova didn't get a good kick on the ball. 34 minutes into the game, Tartalo Rajoi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Leonardo Martins was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Colon Manrique made an important save on a dangerous shot by Benedito Marinho in the 40th minute. A hard shot 43 in the game by Benedito Marinho from a close distance when the talented Colon Manrique managed to make a qualified save. Atlético Ourense's players were relieved. The SLB TELHA players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Atlético Ourense were winning 0-5.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tartalo Rajoi to strike the kick off in the second half. Tartalo Rajoi hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Benedito Marinho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Colon Manrique read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. A collision led to Atlético Ourense getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Andoitz Riells hit a great ball. Atlético Ourense's Unai Calatayud was substituted for Tartalo Rajoi. Colon Manrique stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Benedito Marinho's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. Marcos Sacramento hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. A collision led to Atlético Ourense getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Rogelio Verdaguer hit a great ball. After 81 played minutes, SLB TELHA's André Padilha shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Colon Manrique came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in SLB TELHA reached it. A collision led to SLB TELHA getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Marcos Sacramento hit a great ball. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind SLB TELHA's goalkeeper Leonardo Martins, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 93 minutes into the game, Marcos Sacramento threw the ball into play from the sideline. Atlético Ourense's Andoitz Riells quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After 95 played minutes SLB TELHA got a freekick which was hit by Marcos Sacramento.
