Gabriel Černoch came out of the goal and Dušan Paštrnák tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 9 minutes, Oliver Smutný mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the UFC Pivnica and the ŠK Horelica players grew even worse after the yellow card. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Matej Bulej in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pavol Kresák saved UFC Pivnica from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antón Kočiš in the 14th minute of play forced ŠK Horelica's goalkeeper Gabriel Černoch to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. UFC Pivnica's Pavol Kresák played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matej Bulej in the 16th minute of play. Paul Vestberg made a great header on ŠK Horelica's corner, it was just that UFC Pivnica's Pavol Kresák managed to reach the ball for a save. Matej Bulej scored 1-1 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pavol Kresák, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Martin Pohanka's late challenge caught a UFC Pivnica's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Martin Pohanka helped the player get up and apologised. After 56 played minutes ŠK Horelica got a freekick which was hit by Martin Pohanka. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Matej Bulej in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pavol Kresák prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When ŠK Horelica's Matej Bulej in the 60th minute got a chance for a shot 60th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye UFC Pivnica's goalie prevented a goal. In the 64th minute of the match ŠK Horelica got a corner. UFC Pivnica's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Paul Vestberg ran over to the corner to take the kick. ŠK Horelica's Martin Pohanka was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Pavol Kresák in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Pavol Kresák made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matej Bulej in the 70th minute of play. After 74 minutes of play, ŠK Horelica's Matej Bulej made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pavol Kresák was left in no man's land by his defense there! 84 minutes into the match, ŠK Horelica's goal looked a bit too open when Dušan Paštrnák came free, but Gabriel Černoch reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of ŠK Horelica booed when UFC Pivnica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juraj Gross didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pavol Kresák made an important save on a dangerous shot by Matej Bulej in the 86th minute. In the 88th minute Matej Bulej shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pavol Kresák saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Peter Bulej kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. In the 96th minute of the match Daniel Kušnír shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gabriel Černoch showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. ŠK Horelica had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
