Giovani Tinoco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Delfim de Sousa in the 6th minute of the match. Blumenau Esporte Clube's Giovani Tinoco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fábio Sabóia in the 9th minute of play. In the 16th match minute, Blumenau Esporte Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucas Faria to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xandinho Sharkin in the 19th minute of play forced S.C.CHUÍ's goalkeeper Arí de Lara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 19 minutes into the match, Xandinho Sharkin notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of S.C.CHUÍ's Arí de Lara. Arí de Lara was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 26 minutes, Fábio Sabóia made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Arí de Lara was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from José Augusto Couto. Giovani Tinoco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomás Campidelis, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xandinho Sharkin in the 38th minute of play forced S.C.CHUÍ's goalkeeper Arí de Lara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Giovani Tinoco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fábio Sabóia, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. S.C.CHUÍ's Arí de Lara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edvaldo de Toledo in the 42nd minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fábio Sabóia to strike the kick off in the second half. José Augusto Couto placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Arnaldo Vergílio's late challenge caught a Blumenau Esporte Clube's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arnaldo Vergílio helped the player get up and apologised. In the 53rd match minute, S.C.CHUÍ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnaldo Vergílio to maneuver through the defense. 61 minutes into the match, Blumenau Esporte Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Tomás Campidelis came free, but Giovani Tinoco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 65 minutes into the match, S.C.CHUÍ's goal looked a bit too open when Xandinho Sharkin came free, but Arí de Lara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Delfim de Sousa kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. In the 74th minute of the match, Tomás Campidelis tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Giovani Tinoco saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Victor Batista kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, S.C.CHUÍ's Delfim de Sousa tried to score from far away in the 82nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. When Xandinho Sharkin came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Blumenau Esporte Clube fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Xandinho Sharkin couldn't finish the play. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
