Augusto Alcântara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernandinho Maranhense in the 12th minute of the match. After 18 minutes of play, Litoral EC - CIMZ's Carlos Augusto Paiva made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Augusto Alcântara was left in no man's land by his defense there! 29 minutes into the match, Alvinegro de Tupã's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Augusto Paiva came free, but Augusto Alcântara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alvinegro de Tupã's Augusto Alcântara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernandinho Maranhense in the 30th minute of play. In the 31st match minute, Alvinegro de Tupã was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hélder Trigo to maneuver through the defense. 34 minutes into the match, Fernandinho Maranhense dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Augusto Alcântara, 4-0. Alvinegro de Tupã's defense didn't have a chance, in the 40th minute, when Fernandinho Maranhense scored to the left of an out of position Augusto Alcântara, making the score, 5-0. The referee felt a red card was in order, 46 minutes into the game, when Renatinho Braga put in a rough tackle. After a rather tough play, Alvinegro de Tupã's Renatinho Braga got a free kick in the 47th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

54 minutes into the match, Alvinegro de Tupã's goal looked a bit too open when Rui Prado came free, but Augusto Alcântara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Litoral EC - CIMZ booed when Alvinegro de Tupã was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dinei Moraes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Augusto Alcântara made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. Augusto Alcântara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernandinho Maranhense, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. 77 minutes into the game, Tiago Figueiredo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Alvinegro de Tupã's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Litoral EC - CIMZ the free kick. Tiago Figueiredo hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Augusto Alcântara made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 9-0. 89 minutes into the game, Fernandinho Maranhense cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 10-0. Augusto Alcântara was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Augusto Alcântara stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fernandinho Maranhense's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. There was no doubt that Litoral EC - CIMZ were the better team. Litoral EC - CIMZ's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
