Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hílton Tande in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sandro Soeiro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Nabucodonosor E.C. FPRMZ booed when Encardidos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Belmiro Arce didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half Nabucodonosor E.C. FPRMZ were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hílton Tande made a kick off. 57 minutes into the match, Gilmar Paraense dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Sandro Soeiro, 0-7. Cafu Pimenta might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sandro Soeiro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. The Encardidos players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
