Diogo Luz went to the cornerflag to take it. A very nice done corner allowed Kyrylo Korniychuk to score against Egídio Matorin in Encanto's goal. 1-0 after 7 minutes. In the 14th minute Kyrylo Korniychuk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Egídio Matorin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Zandarin FC getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Alfredinho Camargo hit a great ball. Rogério Paraense made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alex Costa in the 17th minute of play. After taking down the ball on Encanto's corner Betão Sena fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Rogério Paraense quite easily take care of the ball. 20 minutes had been played when some careless play by Zandarin FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ricardinho Lopez was slow to take the kick. During this time Encanto's players had a chance to rest. Ricardinho Lopez made a great header on Encanto's corner, it was just that Zandarin FC's Rogério Paraense managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 21st minute, Kyrylo Korniychuk ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Egídio Matorin was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Zandarin FC's Kyrylo Korniychuk was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 24th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Osvaldinho Rocha in the 35th minute of play forced Zandarin FC's goalkeeper Rogério Paraense to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 42nd minute Kyrylo Korniychuk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Egídio Matorin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 45 minutes into the game, Willian de Lima was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Encanto's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Zandarin FC the free kick. A collision led to Encanto getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Willian de Lima hit a great ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Osvaldinho Rocha to strike the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Manuel Castro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Encanto's supporters rose to their feet, but Manuel Castro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rogério Paraense breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 53 minutes, Alfredinho Camargo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Zandarin FC and the Encanto players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 53 played minutes Zandarin FC got a freekick which was hit by Alfredinho Camargo. In the 54th match minute, Zandarin FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manfredo Saldanha to maneuver through the defense. Ricardinho Lopez took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 55th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Rogério Paraense. Zandarin FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Ricardinho Lopez took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rogério Paraense. Rogério Paraense dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. In the 67th minute, Ricardinho Lopez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 73 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Encanto! An unexpectedly hard shot by Ricardinho Lopez in the 79th minute of play forced Zandarin FC's goalkeeper Rogério Paraense to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Encanto booed when Zandarin FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christiano Neves didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zandarin FC's Manfredo Saldanha quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Manuel Castro, made in the 84th minute of the game. Rogério Paraense showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alex Costa, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. With an all-out effort, Encanto's Rogério Paraense threw himself towards the right post 94 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Osvaldinho Rocha, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Zandarin FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
