After a rather tough play, LADEIRA DO BATISTA FC's Bernardo Maia got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Célio do Valle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mario Gomes, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. 陆岚文 came free with the goalkeeper in the 12th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Célio do Valle could save by the left post. 15 minutes into the match, LADEIRA DO BATISTA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jacinto Paraíba came free, but Washington Cavalcante reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 46th minute of the match, Mario Gomes tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Célio do Valle saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mario Gomes to strike the kick off in the second half. For all the effort they put into the match, the Xapetuba Futebol Clube players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for LADEIRA DO BATISTA FC.
