Família Ressaca MZ's Marcinho Cardozo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damian Diegotxe in the 2nd minute of play. Tadeu Campidelis kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. The long shot by Nilmar Netto in the 5th minute really tested Marcinho Cardozo's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 8th minute Luiz Fábio Lopez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wellington Figueiredo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 12th minute, Alejandro Lynn made a precise shot to the right of Marcinho Cardozo. Família Ressaca MZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Marcinho Cardozo came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by £øs ρєłαdєirøs ®™'s Nilmar Netto. But to his dismay, Nilmar Netto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. With a little luck, Família Ressaca MZ's Marcinho Cardozo got control of the ball when Damian Diegotxe tried to sneak it across the goal line. 32 minutes into the match, Família Ressaca MZ's goalkeeper Marcinho Cardozo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alejandro Lynn. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Joélson Goiano during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 37th match minute, Família Ressaca MZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joélson Goiano to maneuver through the defense. Marcinho Cardozo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alejandro Lynn in the 40th minute. 45 minutes into the match, Família Ressaca MZ's goal looked a bit too open when Roberto Dinamite came free, but Marcinho Cardozo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The wind increased when Luiz Fábio Lopez made the kick off in the second half. 56 minutes into the match, Família Ressaca MZ's goal looked a bit too open when Roberto Dinamite came free, but Marcinho Cardozo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 58th minute, Damian Diegotxe left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The £øs ρєłαdєirøs ®™ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. £øs ρєłαdєirøs ®™'s Wellington Figueiredo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save £øs ρєłαdєirøs ®™ from getting a goal against them. Wellington Figueiredo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luiz Fábio Lopez in the 64th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nilmar Netto in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcinho Cardozo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 77th minute Roberto Dinamite shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcinho Cardozo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roberto Dinamite in the 81st minute of play forced Família Ressaca MZ's goalkeeper Marcinho Cardozo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 83rd minute, Sílvio Luiz de Andrade hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nilmar Netto took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 83rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Marcinho Cardozo. Família Ressaca MZ's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 88 minutes into the match, Família Ressaca MZ's goal looked a bit too open when Roberto Dinamite came free, but Marcinho Cardozo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carlos Alberto Torres's late challenge caught a Família Ressaca MZ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
