With a little luck, Carrapichel - FDFDF's Dagoberto Machado got control of the ball when Túlio Geniatulin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Carrapichel - FDFDF's Dagoberto Machado proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Carrapichel - FDFDF from getting a goal against them. After 20 played minutes Ibirama Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Oséias Severo. In the 24thth minute of the game Acácio Neto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ibirama Futebol Clube's Froilan Dolcet was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Carrapichel - FDFDF booed when Ibirama Futebol Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Túlio Geniatulin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rogério Alcântara took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 25th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Froilan Dolcet. Ibirama Futebol Clube's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After some careless play in the Carrapichel - FDFDF defense, Diego Quadros kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dagoberto Machado. The Carrapichel - FDFDF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dagoberto Machado should have stopped the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Túlio Geniatulin got free with Dagoberto Machado in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 31 minutes into the match, Túlio Geniatulin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dagoberto Machado. Carrapichel - FDFDF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Túlio Geniatulin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. After 34 played minutes Ibirama Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Maurinho de Mendonça. When Acácio Neto came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Carrapichel - FDFDF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Acácio Neto couldn't finish the play. In the 36th minute Diego Quadros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dagoberto Machado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Froilan Dolcet stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Acácio Neto's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. In the 39th minute, Túlio Geniatulin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 42nd minute, Váldson Alagoano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Diego Quadros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 48th minute Ibirama Futebol Clube were awarded a corner. Dênis Coutinho went to the cornerflag to take it. Dênis Coutinho made a great header on Ibirama Futebol Clube's corner, it was just that Carrapichel - FDFDF's Dagoberto Machado managed to reach the ball for a save. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

53 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ibirama Futebol Clube's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Rogério Alcântara was slow to take the kick. During this time Carrapichel - FDFDF's players had a chance to rest. Natã Sena thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Froilan Dolcet, a very annoying self made goal in the 53rd minute which led to 5-1. The supporters of Ibirama Futebol Clube booed when Carrapichel - FDFDF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rogério Alcântara didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 60 minutes, Túlio Geniatulin made it 6-1 with a short kick to the right side. Carrapichel - FDFDF's Dagoberto Machado tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 64th minute Túlio Geniatulin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dagoberto Machado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Diego Quadros scored 7-1 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dagoberto Machado, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Dagoberto Machado came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Ibirama Futebol Clube's Túlio Geniatulin. But to his dismay, Túlio Geniatulin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-1. Túlio Geniatulin took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dagoberto Machado. Dagoberto Machado dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 9-1. Dagoberto Machado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Diego Quadros, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. In the 87th minute, Diego Quadros ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dagoberto Machado was frozen by the shot and now it was 11-1. The audience was convinced that Agostinho Cabral's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dagoberto Machado was relentless in the 91st minute of the game. Ibirama Futebol Clube's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
